After nearly two years in the market, Matthew Perry sold its Los Angeles penthouse for $21.6 million.
friend The actor previously listed the residence for $35 million, but, according to Los Angeles Timeshandjob Perry accepted an offer of $14 million under the initial asking price. And though it’s not what Perry wanted, the newspaper noted that it’s been Southern California’s priceless condo sale since 2015.
Compared to a “floating palace”, the house occupies the entire 40th floor of the luxury building. Although it doesn’t have the Magna Doodle on the front door, it does have eight bathrooms and four bedrooms. The master suite alone has a fireplace, sitting area, and large wardrobe.
According to compass listingThe 9,290-square-foot space also includes a high-end kitchen, a “grand” living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a “plush” screening room. If that’s not enough, the new homeowner can also take in city and ocean views from the penthouse’s four spacious terraces. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities, including a pool, gym, movie theater, and even private wine storage.
