‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Gets 17 Years In Prison In Fraud Case | Celebrities

tmz reports That legal documents show that Fein was convicted after pleading guilty to six counts, including bank and wire fraud.

Prosecutors alleged that Fenn enjoyed a lavish lifestyle during the pandemic by taking money from the Paycheck Protection Program. The program’s funds were aimed at helping employees and small businesses hit hard by COVID.

Fayenne cut a plea with prosecutors, who agreed to drop 14 other charges and recommended that he receive a sentence of 151 months instead.

According to tmz, the Justice Department says Feeney submitted a $3.7 million PPP load application falsely claiming that his trucking business had 107 employees and that the average monthly payroll was $1,490,200.

Instead of using the PPP loan fund to retain workers and maintain payroll, he used it for inappropriate purposes, including past outstanding child support, jewelry, a Rolls Royce and starting a new business in Arkansas.

In addition to jail time, Fenn will have to undergo five years of supervised release and pay $4,465,865.55 in restitution.
