Every Marvel fan has been anticipating a Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer, the final instalment in Tom Holland’s Sony/Disney contract. Kevin Feige recently confirmed that the film will be released in December, and new sources indicate that a No Way Home trailer will be released this week.
To say the least, Marvel dominates the marketing world, but their films must compete for valuable ad spots.
While Eternals and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021) are sure to excite the Marvel Universe, Sony/co-op Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home is unquestionably the most anticipated Marvel film of 2021.
Though the two previously mentioned Marvel films have received numerous trailers, No Way Home has yet to receive even a smidgeon of promotional material.
Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock from Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man franchise, as well as Jaime Foxx’s Electro from Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man movies, are set to appear in the episodic Peter Parker journey.
According to new reports, a No Way Home trailer will be unveiled exclusively at CinemaCon this Monday, during Sony’s three-hour presentation in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Marvel scooper Nick behind @ProfHulksLab on Twitter recently shared that he’s been inundated with reports that a No Way Home trailer will be shown at CinemaCon on Monday, followed by an online release on Tuesday, August 24.
Without a doubt, Kevin Feige and Marvel are keeping the next Spider-Man film under wraps. Take rumours about the film with a grain of salt as always, but many reports from Nick in the past have proven true.
Regardless, No Way Home is expected to have the same impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).
